SOCIAL: In the idea that it takes a village to raise a child, my inquiry is where do you think we should begin in the “helping” process and where do we get to the end of extending our hand in the extended “village” family?

I was raised old school, a time when adults had the privilege and responsibility to not only celebrate the children but also the correct the children. Needless to say, times have changed. And, with that in mind, what do you think about the following story?
